Welcome to West Sacramento, home of the Dolphins. We are happy to have you. We share our pool with the City of West Sacramento and River City High School, located at:

Please note, there is no parking allowed in the front lot, closest to the Recreation Center. Parking is off the Linden Road & Raider Lane entrance by the football field/track. You are welcome to set up your family tents at the designated area indicated in the map below. Gates open at 6:30 am.

WSST has a great snack bar, offering a variety of options, including homemade breakfast burritos, burgers, hot dogs, pizza and more.

Our pool has 10 lanes and a warm-up/cool-down area, which is only for those purposes and ask that swimmers do not “play” in that designated lane. There is a large covered bleacher to view races. For swimmers times/events, we utilize Meet Mobile.

First shift volunteers, please report to positions no later than 8:20 am, to ensure the meet starts on time. All second shift volunteers, please report to positions by the beginning of event 43, to ensure a smooth shift change transition.

Visiting teams, please provide the following volunteer positions:

Three (3) Stroke and Turn Officials
Two (2) Early Take-off Judges
Two (2) Ready Bench Volunteers
15 Timers (two in each odd lane and one in each even lane)
Two (2) Ribbon Writers- 2nd shift only

Scratch Session: 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM
Warm-up Times: (WSST) 7:15 AM to 7:45
(Visiting Team) 7:45 AM to 8:15 AM
Officials Meeting: 8:10 AM - Stroke & Turn (by the Ready Bench)
Timers Meeting: 8:15 AM

IMPORTANT: WSST abides by the USA Swimming Safe Sports Guidelines. As such, no cameras (including cell phone cameras) or other recording devices are allowed behind the blocks at any time. Photography is allowed on the bleacher side of the pool, except on take-off and flip turns, and is allowed on the sides of the pool. We take this rule very seriously and anyone not abiding will be asked to leave the facility.
