The West Sacramento Swim Team (WSST) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit recreational swim organization. The WSST provides swimming opportunities for eligible children from under six years to 18 years of age. Our organization is dedicated to teaching children to swim competitively in a fun environment while fostering the benefits of hard work, sacrifice, good sportsmanship, self-discipline, teamwork, and integrity.

The WSST is the only recreational swim team in the area, supporting approximately 230 swimmers each season. The team competes in the Northern California Swim League (Mother Lode Conference) against other Sacramento area teams. We successfully host approximately 500 swimmers and their families at each home meet. In 2016, the Dolphins were undefeated and became the Mother Lode Champions. The WSST’s continued success isn’t possible without donations from our community.

Fundraising has become a crucial part in providing the continued experience of recreational competitive swimming for the children of our community. The donations we receive assist in providing eligible families with sponsorships/scholarships, reducing pool costs and maintaining or replacing operational and other swim equipment.

The WSST is requesting the following types of contributions:

• Donations of cash (Sponsorship Recognition levels attached)
• Donations of goods and/or services
• Donations of prizes (gift certificates, event tickets, or other items for raffles and/or special events)
